REVIVAL
“REVIVAL” is dedicated for transforming small schools which are in extreme need and with inadequate financial support. Rural Schools are only source of education for tribal students. But lack of facilities like Toilets, Classrooms, drinking water, and other basic infrastructure these schools requires Complete Revival. PENS SAHYOG FOUNDATION revive such schools into attractive and like temple.
KEY ATTRACTION OF REVIVAL
Complete Transformation – PENS REVIVAL team surveyed and shortlist beneficiary schools who are extremely needy and orphanage.
Involvement of Local Villagers through Shramdan – Team REVIVAL team motivate villagers to do Shramdan for school in their local area.
Volunteer base event – Revival team of PENS SAHYOG FOUNDATION creates a volunteer base event to spread awareness of education in rural part.
Corporate and Personal Adoption – Team REVIVAL has kept possibility for Corporates groups and Volunteers to adopt these Small schools under corporate social responsibility.
GLIMPSES OF REVIVAL
REVIVAL Through Campaign -
ZP School Dabhon PilenaPada is high secondary Zilla Parishad School in Dabhon village of Dahanu taluka in palghar district. This school is located in difficult area which belongs to tribal community. School has 250+ students with 100+ young Girl Child.
School has one old toilet which is not in operational condition. With such a large number of Girl child without dedicated Girls toilet, it creates a social issue of Girls Dignity.
PENS SAHYOG FOUNDATION decided to Revive this School with a Campaign to Build a Girls toilet along with one Corporate.
“Donate a Brick for Girl’s Dignity” Campaign is started in NAVRATRI 2020 to create awareness about Girls Dignity among villagers and on social media.
REVIVAL in ZP School SAYE DAPSHIPADA -
SAYE Dapshipada is located in tribal part of Dahanu with population of 1000. It has a small primary school for 1 st to 5 th students. all small kids from this pada come to this school. with sinking wall and leaking ceiling this school was in pathetic condition. Team PENS transform this school through project REVIVAL.
